FONDI UE; PRONTI CON I BANDI PISL
Un altro passo importante è stato compiuto oggi dalla Giunta Regionale calabrese, presieduta dal Governatore Giuseppe Scopelliti. Sono stati approvati, infatti, il QUPI (Quadro Unitario della Progettazione Integrata) e le linee guida per l’emanazione del bando relativo ai PISL (Progetti Integrati di Sviluppo Locale), che consentiranno ai comuni calabresi di ottenere circa 400 milioni di euro da investire nello sviluppo del territorio. Dopo aver ricevuto i rapporti di priorità strategiche territoriali, presentati da ciascuna delle cinque province, l’amministrazione regionale ha predisposto immediatamente il Quadro Unitario della Progettazione Integrata che permette di definire così le priorità territoriali e settoriali sulle quali investire le ingenti risorse del POR FESR 2007-2013. La Regione, pertanto, è pronta a pubblicare l’avviso e il bando per la presentazione dei PISL da parte dei partenariati di progetto a cui dovranno dare vita i Comuni con i soggetti privati. L’assessore al Bilancio e alla Programmazione Nazionale e Comunitaria, Giacomo Mancini, ha espresso la sua profonda soddisfazione per la positiva conclusione di questo iter lungo e complesso ma che avrà forti ricadute positive sullo sviluppo dell’intera regione. “I PISL sono una componente importante del POR FESR Calabria 2007-2013 – ha affermato l’Assessore Mancini – in termini strategici e finanziari. La loro attuazione implica una cooperazione istituzionale sia verticale (tra Regione, Provincia e Comuni) sia orizzontale (tra le istituzioni locali) e consente di concertare a livello locale le strategie e gli interventi in diversi settori strategici. Questi 400 milioni di euro potranno essere usati per opere e nuovi servizi da offrire all’intera comunità calabrese. Oggi è stato, quindi, raggiunto un ulteriore successo – ha concluso l’Assessore Mancini – dalla Giunta guidata dal Presidente Scopelliti”.
